Sintorix (WIP)

The Gaulish Adventurer

Sintorix is a hero I created in a larger project called Morivindo. I will say more about it in the future, but here are some rought ideas of the hero at the start of his adventure. He will gain experience (and muscles !) at each important level of the story and change in appearance. During his journey, he will meet friends and foes, humans and gods, beasts and mysterious beings.

Still in work in progress but this is a first idea of what will the hero looks like.

Process

First (very) rough sketch, I had a precise pose in mind, a hiker admiring the view around him.

I tried a walking pose

And paintovered it. But this wasn't the good direction.

I re-used my sketch pose on a 3D model. This was very close to what I wanted.

I decided I also wanted to see him from face.

On the left, the paintover is complete, but I am still not satisfied with the proportions. On the right, there is more paintover to do. I will probably try other colors for the clothes, and different hair cuts.

These are the main props of the character.

This character is still in concept development, I will show more in the futur !
